Dare I say, the Best Craft Show Around?

Arkansas gets it right in so many ways. You don't believe me? Visit The Little Craft Show! The organizers and volunteers that make this party-like shopping event a reality know how to pamper shoppers and vendors. There is a jury process for artist vendors because space is tight and because they want great artwork and artists who keep in touch with locals on social media so that the excitement and support can continue all year long. The Little Craft Show is creating, not just a brilliantly organized event, but an active community of artists and locals.

NW Arkansas is perfect. Fayetteville and Springdale are the two locations for each of the annual shows held in Spring and Winter. They are neighboring cities nestled in the mountains. In Arkansas, we like the outdoors--hiking, creek swimming, cave diving--because basically these are the things we all had in our backyards growing up. Of all places in Arkansas, though, this region has it all. Come drive through the mountains, drink from one of the MANY local craft breweries popping up all over, visit Crystal Bridges art museum in under an hour commute away, and of course find so much going on in the local communities. I'm not from Fayetteville (achem.... I mean I don't remember the 2 years of my life that I spent in Fayetteville, just after birth.) But from the outside looking in, I'm not wondering why this is the location of such an amazingly successful craft show. So... come check it out. The Holiday Show is held in Downtown Fayetteville Dec. 4th & 5th.

Serious shoppers and YOU, too, can buy tickets for an amazing night of shopping before the big day. There are lots of perks for coming Friday night like...

All 200 Friday night shoppers get these. They are filled with gifts from artists and sponsors... currently valued at over $250. I'm brainstorming whether we can manage a swag bag surprise because unfortunately our process is time-consuming, expensive, and space restricted... plus it's difficult to replicate products quickly. I may recruit some friends to help me put something together for these. Contact me if you would be interested... I will share some wine with you.

A free glass of champagne on the house.

Only 200 tickets are available so for 3 hours, shoppers can peruse the booths for their must-have items.

Saturday is a day of free shopping, photo booths, specialty foods, raffle items every hour and so much more. It's a great place for kids and kids love it. In fact, many artists make items specifically for kids. My friend who I met at Strawberry Swing owns Happy Guppy Toys and she makes awesome toys that are eye candy for you and your kids. Vendor booths are works of art too..

and finally... Here's some work we plan to bring to this years show, but follow our instagram to see new items we are making in the studio.
